The Healing from Sexual Addiction Coaching program provides each client 45-minute individual weekly coaching sessions to address your personalized emotional relationship with sexual behavior and how pornography addiction or other unwanted sexual behaviors are causing interference in your life. Trauma LinkageTM is a unique program in that Michelle Burlin, JD., MA., LPC. identifies your emotional needs motivating your sexual arousal and teaches you healthy aversive tools to eliminate these behaviors with worksheets and logs for daily practice!
Michelle Burlin, JD., MA., LPC. will work with you to identify patterns of arousal and unwanted sexual addictive behaviors, then focusing on recognition of triggers and coping skills. We will give you the tools and worksheets designed to facilitate sexual behavior change.
While working to eliminate unwanted sexual behaviors, we will address increasing emotional intimacy to help strengthen healthy sexual arousal patterns and communication skills with your current partner, or to enhance skills for future relationships!
